To 9/11 Conspiracy Theorists

There is No 9/11 Conspiracy

Some conspiracy theories seem to make sense.  Most don't.  They're there to make you think.  But the 9/11 "Conspiracy" is one that will prove a lack of IQ to those who believe it.

There is no 9/11 Conspiracy.  Its that simple.  Should be nothing more to it.  But constantly, as demonstrated by Michael Medved's Conspiracy day, people are gullible enough to believe people such as Dylan Avery, the creator of Loose Change, and Glenn Beck in these crocked up stories "verified" with grainy pictures and video stills.

Maddox of "The Best Page in the Universe" fame presents, in my opinion, the best argument against the Loose Change documentary, which claims that the Bush Administration killed thousands of innocent American civilians in an attempt to gain backing for invading the oil-rich middle east, with a simple statement.  If the Bush administration had no qualms about killing thousands of its own citizens, why would they allow a documentary such as Loose Change to circulate on the internet, let alone let Dylan Avery live?  If they don't care about 3000+ people, what is one more?  You can read the rest of Maddox's page at http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=911_morons (Do not enter if you are easily offended).

There is no 9/11 Conspiracy.  It was a tragic event exacted by Anti-American extremists.  Stop trying to trump it up as anything more.

Defeatism

Defeatism in America

With leaders in our congress such as Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton all calling for our withdrawl from Iraq, at first glance one could mistake it for a legitimate idea or even a practical one.  Our representatives who are calling for withdrawl are obviously unaware of the implications that it can bring about, or even the sheer and utter idiocy it implies.

People like Harry Reid wish for the United States to throw up the white flag of surrender to a bunch of thugs.  These people in the areas of Afghanistan and Iraq are not a fighting force, they are not an opposing army.  They are a gang, a gang of radicals who think that blowing up their fellow countrymen with suicide bomb attacks and car bombs in crowded markets are a way to reach their goals.  These people do not deserve the respect to be called an insurgency, but they should always be called by what they truely are, terrorists.

With the continued push in the Senate by Democrats to enforce a timetable for removal of troops for Iraq, they continually attempt to break a very basic rule in any competition, lethal or otherwise.  I have recognized and acknowledged this rule at 17, and I'm sure almost any young kid who has competed with anyone can tell you what it is.  But it is appalling that the leaders of this Senate, our wizened old leaders, fail to realize that you NEVER tell your opponent what you are planning to do if you want to win!

Each time the Senate pushes to have a timetable imposed on the generals and troops of Iraq, these terrorists garner another win in their column.  We can not give up in Iraq.  We must not pull out until the job is done.  And we will not let them win.
